An AI meeting productivity platform for a UK product company. Softroid's founder has been its lead developer since October 2024: a full UI rebrand and redesign, the iOS app, the core AI features, and the automation pipeline the delivery team runs on.

- The problem
- The product worked, but looked like it was built years ago — dated visual language, inconsistent UI patterns, and a first impression that undersold what the platform could do. The team also needed it on iOS and wanted their own delivery operations to run with less manual effort.
- Our approach
- Redesigned the product UI end to end on Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL; shipped the iOS app; built automated minutes generation and AI-powered agenda import on LLM-based workflows; and built the internal automation pipeline the delivery team uses day to day — working directly with the CTO and product team on architecture, scoping, and roadmap.
