A home care agency platform combining a marketing site, resource library, careers pipeline, and an authenticated client care dashboard in a single Next.js app.
Case study details
- The problem
- Families choosing home care for a parent make a high-trust decision under time pressure, and most agency sites answer it with a phone number and a stock photo — no service detail, no coverage area, no way back in for existing clients.
- Our approach
- We built the platform on Next.js App Router: individual pages for each service line, a four-step intake flow from consultation to matched caregiver, a locations page with service-area coverage, an FAQ and caregiver-guide library, a careers section, and authentication that opens into a personalized care dashboard.
- The outcome
- Shipped as a complete platform on Vercel — six service lines, the full resource and employment sections, Syracuse-area location pages covering eight communities, and account creation wired to the client dashboard.
