An AI strategy engine for entrepreneurs, built end to end by Softroid's founder: ten guided sessions that surface a founder's values and purpose before the product writes their strategic plan.

- The problem
- Most strategic planning tools start at the org chart. Pyramid's premise is that the misalignment sits further back — between who the founder is and what they are building — so the product needed a long, structured conversation rather than a chat box, and it had to hold a founder's answers across ten sessions without losing the thread.
- Our approach
- Built the whole product on Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase, with a Claude-powered conversation engine behind every session. The Values module runs ten distinct AI-guided sessions, the Purpose module turns those values into an operational purpose, and The Chamber carries both into ongoing strategic planning. Guest mode lets a founder start before signing up, with progress saved on sign-in.
- The outcome
- All three modules — Values, Purpose, and The Chamber — are live in production at pyramid.work.
